Having a day with physical activities that stimulate the mind can really make a difference in feeling full and healthy.
As an older adult, you must find specialized activities focused on the particular needs of this stage of life. With the daytime care program at Casa de Los Angeles the time will pass quickly enjoying manual workshops, painting, cooking, or perhaps dancing, or strengthening your muscles that need attention to maintain your body’s strength and mobility.
You choose when you wish to come to CDLA, anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Come for a matter of days or just some hours if you prefer.

Help Desk Services:
